Toolbar Description - Internet Explorer 7 (Windows Vista)


Your Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 browser has a toolbar.
A function is associated with each of the toolbar buttons.
The following document describes the function associated with each button.

Click on Start Menu (the flag located to the lower right of the Windows taskbar), then on Internet.

Your Internet Explorer 7 Web browser appears.
The Internet Explorer toolbar looks like this.

The following table describes the function associated with each button:

To display the prior Web page viewed.
To return to the Web page viewed before having clicked on Back.
To refresh the Web page currently viewed.
To stop downloading a page.
To search the Internet with a search engine of your choice.
To display your favorite sites, RSS feed and the browser’s history.
To manage Web site favorites.
To view in the form of a mosaic the content of the various tabs located in the browser window.
To open a single tab in the window currently used.
To display the browser’s home page.
To view the availability of an RSS feed on the page currently viewed.
To print the page being viewed.
To perform functions on the page being viewed (cut, paste, open a new window, etc...).
To manage modules such as the pop-up blocker and phishing filter, and also to access Internet Options.

Click on the red button with the white X (located to the upper right of the window) to close your Web browser.



The toolbar buttons provide easy and rapid use of your Internet Explorer 7 browser.
